if you ever want to see a Doctor ever again then avoid this place. Why they don't let the chemist re-order your prescription is a mystery. Instead you have to send an email every time, if you don't have a PC you have to walk to the surgery and put the details onto the screen in reception. How the elderly cope with this clunky system is a mystery. You have an automated system of patient triage which you have to do online, takes me about 20x minutes. At the end of which you get an email saying go and see the chemist, only for the chemist to say go back to the Dr's. You then have to fill out the online triage assessment again. Very clunky service and inefficiant

When you call the doctors there is a message stating please don’t be rude to the staff , pity they are not reminded of this very rude and argumentative, not understanding at all and make you feel as if your wasting their time . I would personally rather be doing a hundred different things other than calling the doctors because I’m sick .
