Overall this is extremely good GP practice, I’m usually able to get through to the surgery via telephone without much of an issue, I may have to wait a minute or 2 but I think this is more than acceptable. I’m usually able to make an appointment on the day if it’s an emergency as such, and more than likely can make an appointment within a week if required. The staff are always extremely professional, kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, I’m a person that suffers with long-term health issues and require to visit the doctors on more occasions than I’d like, therefore I know they do an extremely good job, as I have extensive experience in attending this GP practice. The GPs themselves always involve me with any decisions about treatment and provide me with great detail of what the next steps will be.

I have recently had to rely on them nurses and Dr’s due to health concerns with my children and they are always helpful and provide the best care possible. Sometimes the surgery can be busy but the reception and prescription staff are always friendly and will do their best to help you.

We moved here as a family from North London, and having had some great..and some not so great GP experiences there I have been pleasantly surprised to find that the staff at Claremont Medical Centre that we have seen have been consistently fantastic. The GPs actually listen to you and take their time to do this, the nurses and healthcare assistants are always kind and courteous, and reception staff are polite and caring. For example, the healthcare assistant that saw me for a blood test was efficient and even chatted away to my toddler while he explored the room. I felt very at ease as opposed to worrying about him being there. Many thanks to all the staff, despite the huge cuts you are doing a great job!
