This is by far the worst practice I have ever experienced. The poor service I have received by far pre dates this Covid crisis so it cannot be put down to that. Nobody will call you back, not with results, not when they promise they will, it will not happen. Things are forgotten, the attitude of some of the receptionists are appalling. Every time I have had to deal with them barring 1 time I have been let down in some way. I am not sure what the problem is, but it seems to be firstly a problematic culture and ineffective systems relating to their receptionists, and just a general disorganised and apathetic attitude all round. They are literally a barrier to me getting the care I need, and I feel others need to be warned.

I have just spent over 20 mins trying to get through on the Phone . Almost impossible when I did get through the member of staff on the other End was very abrupt and not nice at all not the attitude to have in that sort of position.
