I find the doctors, nurses and support staff professional and caring as always, the admin staff are amazing considering the barage of abuse they receive on a daily basis, if I worked there I wouldn't have lasted a day! | |||||||

Long waits on the telephone, when you do get through, they are often obstructive. When you arrive the reception staff are hidden away from the main desk. The doctors change regularly, and you rarely see your own GP. I have had huge issues with prescriptions not being issued or being issued incorrectly by locum GPs. I am very unimpressed by this surgery and am contemplating moving to another. I would not recommend. | |||||||

I have experienced the opposite to the above. I have received appointments with GP, practice nurses, telephone conversations etc . I have always found staff kind, efficient and helpful. If I cant get in touch with the GP I walk into the surgery and the receptionist always helps me . I usually go to glass house lane as easy to park. | |||||||
