My husband and myself have been under the care of this practice for the last 12 years. From first contact with reception, to visits with both doctors and nurses I feel we are are cared for as human beings not patients. I have always been happy with the treatment we have received, and feel that this practice often goes out of their way to accommodate our needs. The surgery is pleasantly situated and always clean and tidy. Despite being a busy practice I have never felt that an appointment was rushed, or that I needed more time with the practitioner.

Cheriton Fitzpaine Surgery has always provided me and my family with prompt and efficient service but in a friendly and considerate atmosphere. The surgery building is modern, smart and clean with easy access and adequate car parking. The waiting room is comfortable with some facilities for bored children but waiting times have usually been short. The receptionists have been especially cheerful and helpful - willing to go out of their way to find convenient slots or call when a cancellation makes an early appointment available. The only reservation is the rather short opening hours.
