I’ve been registered here for over 10 years now . You would be lucky if I’ve been here more than twice . It’s almost impossible too make an appointment here , so here the latest scenario I’ve been / had blood in my stool for the last 4 month and feel very unwell inside , my partner tells me too call the doctors I replied “ I am not going through all the hassle too try and get an appointment “ I’ve more chance winning the lotto . She said call them up please so I did . On hold for ages evtually got thorough too some one 10 mins before close . Told too go down there the next day after work and someone can help book me an appointment not see a doctor help book an appointment. ( some bizzare reason I’m unaware off ) they don’t operate like most doctors where you just do it over the phone . So anyway went in there the next day out off morbid curiosity too see if out changed over the years there was a guy in front off me stood there for ages like myself kinda look closed hardly any lights on , Someone came out guy infringe off me had issues picking prescription up from pharmacy so went there to be told this will be dealt with tommorow ! Then she asked if I needed help I said yes I need too make an appointment please , you need too go home and do it online I said I’ve tried that it won’t work I was told too come down . Well we can’t help you I’m afraid and you could go on the tablet there on the wall and book one but urmm not too sure why but it’s gone look . Almost laughable how is this place still open . The NHS is wasting a fortune off our and mine tax payers money and they don’t give a flying rats ass . I’m not letting this go there getting reported too who ever supposedly monitors doctor surgery’s . Absolute shambles anyway too finish off we have changed doctors !! Me the misses kids and all our family and friends . This won’t happen anymore !! ?? pissed off is an understatement!!

I am a diabetes the diabetes nurse wants me to go on metformin weeks agoim waiting for the doctor London to sign 0ff a prescription so I can start the treatment what type of doctor have we got now Dr ailson please come back in opinion he doesn't care if you're alive or dead

As I'm typing this right now I've been on hold for over an hour just to talk to someone about advice as the receptionists are shocking and they just say phone for a call back but they dont call back until the next evening. I've been with them 9months and will day there the worst surgery I've been with, my kids have ended up in hospital because the doctors don't phone and there illnesses have progressed because of no treatment. They lie constantly to everyone and when waiting in the waiting room you can hear them bitching about people who have phoned.. Someone collapsed in there waiting room and they didn't do anything to help, someon3 unknown to the person who was on the floor rang an ambulance and the paramedic even said they should be shut down because of how bad they are
