We have applied to join the medical group a few weeks ago and still waiting to be accepted. This may be due to the fact that, as advised on the website we carefully took time to choose a doctor we thought would be a good choice for us. Unfortunately we were not accepted and am still waiting for alternative options. This is a disappointing start to our new house move and change of surgery and have no option to travel a good distance to my old surgery and stay in close communication with our previous doctor for ongoing help and assistance. I have explained my complex medical issues but this has not helped to move things forward. We are hoping that once we have settled in and been accepted into the Budleigh Salterton Medical Centre and finally been allocated a doctor of choice, we may begin to feel more positive about having to leave our previously treasure little friendly village practice where patients become good friends as well as just another patient.

As a patient whom never sees the doctor phoned up 4 times over a 12 day period NO RePly...was promised a urgent response nothing...!! Then left a complaint and behold, the responded within 12 hours OBVIOUSLY image is more important that responding to an urgent request, Pathetic. Waste of my hard earned tax.
