Absolutely disgusting. They do not care about mental health! I am truly devastated with the treatment I have received. Apparently I need a review with a doctor in order to give me my medication (that has been prescribed to me long term). I call up EVERY single morning, taking time off work to ring at 8am. By the time I get through, there are no appointments left. I cannot pre book because there is a three week waiting list. The women keeps telling me to ring up in the morning but this gets me no where because they cannot fit me in. I have been off my medication for 2 weeks now and my mental health is deteriorating so much that I am struggling every single day to get through life. The woman on reception is blunt, abrupt and lacks complete empathy. I am in tears practically begging them to help me but they just won’t give me my medication or an appointment. I don’t understand how they cannot help me or just give my tablets which I pay £9 for each time. They don’t even need to give me a review: to save their time, I just need my tablets. There is honestly no wonder why so many people with mental health problems are ending their lives if they receive this appalling service. I will be registering elsewhere as soon as I am able to. Thank you Clinton Road Surgery for making my life right now so miserable and leaving me struggling like this.
