My family and I have been registered at this surgery for 17 years. The surgery building and grounds are pleasant, with a relaxed feel. You will always be seen promptly if symptoms suggest an early consultation is needed. The GP call back service is efficient, reliable and reassuring. The Practice Nurses are pleasant and caring and can usually be seen at short notice, again if symptoms suggest this is needed. We never feel rushed during consultations. Altogether, our experience with Helios has always been more than satisfactory, especially considering the pressures faced by GP surgeries in the current climate.

I registered with Helios 6 years ago when my local practise in Stroud closed down. I travel the 35 miles to Bristol as this practise fills all my requirements. Firstly I am listened to with respect and supported in taking responsibility for my own health and fitness. I like to use natural remedies and eat healthy food which is greatly encouraged at this practise. When there is a problem I am dealt with immediately. This morning I had a concern I phoned and spoke to a lovely receptionist who had the doctor phone me back 10 mins later and tests have been arranged. I feel so confident in their hands. Two years ago my husband passed away following a two year illness The care and support I got with his caring was exceptional. At his passing I even received a beautifully hand written letter of condolence from the doctor who looked after him. I highly recommend this medical practise who are up to date with latest tech ways of caring for the physical body, know how to listen with love and care and when the going gets tough can support spiritual needs. I cannot praise them enough.

The service is prompt and has sorted out any health issues straight away. The receptionists are always cheerful and to the point.
