Unfortunately throughout the whole of the pandemic I have found this practice to be extremely unhelpful. It's been impossible to get an appointment, they operate a closed door policy even now saying they would rather you didn't come to the surgery. They haven't got involved with either the covid or flu vacination program and they have been so incredibly un-proactive about managing my husbands check ups and prescriptions that it has become extremely stressful. If I could change surgery I would! | |||||||

I had a really good experience with this practice today. I registered with them, spoke to an on call doctor on the phone, was seen by a GP and had a blood test - all in the space of 4 hours! I think that's fantastic.
The reception staff were courteous and efficient and the GP and nurse I saw were very friendly and competent. | |||||||
