I have found the deoctor to be a very caring doctor. She is always very understanding and has a pleasant and welcoming demeanour. She has been very thorough in my case, following up with referrals, which I have greatly appreciated. For my appointment today I was seen very promptly. I cannot thank the team at Conygre Medical Centre enough for all the help they have given me over the years especially more recently, they have never fobed me off, they made me feel like I mattered and we extremely helpful, super easy to get an appointment and friendly receptionists.

I needed care from both Congyre and Stoke Gifford surgeries over six month and 50 visits whilst awaiting major surgery. I have written a very positive review on the Stoke Gifford page which also applies to Congyre, however I have been unable to reproduce it here as the site security inhibits double postings. The comments I have made about my complete respect for all the staff, IT and Clearning support staff, receptionists, referral staff, nurses and nurse practitioners, phlebotomists and GPs and the way the worked as a cohesive team to get me through a very unpredictable health situation was a joy to see and experience. I had the chance to notice just how busy they were, and admire the way they have developed a system to respond to as much health care need as possible while maintaining safety standards. Thank you
