I’m sick and tired of being offered Unsolicited medical Advice From untrained reception staff just to balance their books and have a easy day. We’re not all benefit cheats, some of us need help. They could face a range of consequences for their actions. | |||||||

Terrible treatment by reception staff, I suffer with mental health problems which has been made worse by the experience I have just had, very very negative no telephone manner very poor grammar all I needed was a little bit of help but instead was met with sarcasm it wasn’t my choice to join this practice and everyone warned me against joining it, you can’t tell if it’s a doctor or a cleaner the way they dress are so unprofessional please please build another practice | |||||||
