I found the receptionist condescending and patronizing. I’m a model patient as they can see from my records, been with the practice for 35 years only make a visit proberly only once every five years I’m a person who doesn’t like to make a fuss when ill. She was t very helpful I’m 68 going on 69 and like to be treated with some respect.

Improvements promised 2 years ago after I had made a formal complaint have never materialised; service at this practice has hit a new low. Currently completely unable to book an appointment with the GP of my choice to monitor 2 chronic conditions and address a new one discovered as a result of a blood test that I had to fight to have carried out! Unable to comment on current standards of care offered by medical staff since it seems impossible to access them at all. Admin staff largely ill-informed, unprofessional and rude.

Never any appointments available, reception telling you when you can see a doctor ,or if in there opinion you need to see one, not willing to book appointment for blood test, even when the hospital say you need them straight away. Would not recommend this practice to anyone.
