Receptionists take on the role of doctors and decide to withhold appointments. Worst surgery I’ve been to and when you finally get an appointment you’re not treated much better. Rude staff is not okay and when they don’t tell the truth to cover for their poor behaviour it’s even worse!

Pretty terrible at every contact sadly. Doctors only work 1 day a week every 375th leap year, so if that is who you need, and they says no no one else will help, then you'll wait, a very long time, like weeks and weeks, you have to call up 74628 times spending every lunch break of your life on hold. God forbid you need an appointment, you will wait 2 weeks minimum, for a telephone appointment only obviously, so if you get a blood test that 747582 years on hold to book, 2 week wait for test, 1 week wait for results, then you can spend another 74737 years on hold to book a follow up in 2 weeks time, hopefully, if they haven't lost or accidently shredded the results.

My daughter has tried on numerous occasion to call but the line reverts to 111 contact 999?.... she has acute pain down one side of her body where her appendix is. Concerned obviously and when she spoke with a receptionist advised no doctor available and to go to the drop in Dewsbury, we live in Huddersfield or wait for an appointment 3 weeks. As she does performing arts and drama, dancing etc college have instructed to get seen as they are concerned if it is her appendix and it bursts? No appoitement for 3 weeks plus and no doctor could see her there and then. Wow.....this is very concerning as my youngest daughter has severe asthma who needs constant monitoring especially in winter. This is most worrying and concerning for us.
