Rating with no comment

Since this has come into practice, I think the whole idea is absolutely stupid. Older people who do not have access to the internet/computer would find it very difficult to obtain an appointment as the receptionist cannot offer you one. If they can't spot sepsis in a hospital what chance is there by inputting details on-line? My GP left at the beginning of August yet her name is still on their website, advised I would receive notification of whom by GP would be, still waiting! Received a text message advising to phone for an appointment for a flu vaccination, phone never answered, (have phoned several times). Prior to this when you could just phone for an appointment I would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery, now I wouldn't.
