i would like to know who in their wisdom of new tec decided to close direct phoning to the riverside surgery. the new so called system requires ages of waiting for an answer from nightingale valley. IE we are sorry but we are experiencing high volumes of calls. I wonder why.

The individual who did this was extremely opinionated and dismissive of what I had to say and was very indifferent to me as a patient. Following the appt I received a text message asking me to rate my satisfaction of the treatment. I was not satisfied and attempted on many occasions to respond with the rating of 5 which was "very unlikely to recommend someone" each attempt came back with a failed to deliver response! | |||||||
