The surgery is very professional and are always polite, they have helped me and my family enormously going beyond the call of duty. I would fully recommend them to anybody.

Agree with previous review. Been with them 12 years plus. Despite house moves stay with them for a good reason.

Having been with this surgery for 30 years (both myself and family), I could honestly not sing any greater praise for them! Despite moving around over those years, we have all stayed with the practice even though it’s sometimes required travelling for appointments, after having always heard nightmare stories from our more local practices - but never here! I have a few quite complex health issues and so have spent a lot more time there than I would have liked, however I have still barely found fault with them and the whole range of staff I’ve come into contact with over this time! Clinicians are ALL friendly, caring, respectful and experienced professionals. Receptionists and other admin or support staff have always been lovely, helpful and efficient. Appointments are easy to get even with a chosen Dr, and I honestly can’t think of a time where I’ve been unable to get an urgent appointment that day (or if not then the next, when it’s only requested at the end of the day). Prescription and referral services incredibly efficient, and every pharmacy I’ve been with have been pleasantly surprised, and extremely complimentary about how easy and efficient they’ve been to deal with - ‘a breath of fresh air’ within the industry apparently! Like someone else has said, I’m also half tempted to try and dissuade others from using the practice in order to try and protect it from further stress, but that would be incredibly unjust for all those at the surgery that work as hard as they do to keep it such a fantastic surgery despite such challenging times. Family and friends have always had the same experience, so honestly cannot praise this surgery and everyone involved in achieving this enough!
