The lack of appointments is pretty astonishing. Usual wait time using the online booking system is 3 weeks. When myself and my family have managed to be seen the care is very variable. This also goes for treatment by the staff, with some being very attentive and compassionate, others dismissive, unorganised and in case of some administration staff incompetent. Unfortunately it is the only real option for us locally. I just hope they can increase the number of appointments | |||||||

I have been registered with this practice for decades but only in the last two years have I needed to make use of it. I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism of the GP who has looked after me, he has listened to my concerns and adjusted medications, given considered advice concerning ongoing care and hospital treatment and been firmly sympathetic when it has been needed. I was also given an emergency same day appointment when it was necessary. The support staff who have taken bloods etc have been excellent: highly competent, caring and reassuring. | |||||||

•Receptionists are not compassionate or empathetic. I can never get an appointment, even when I am at crisis point with my mental illness. The pharmacy on site is excellent and the staff are helpful and lovely. | |||||||
