Shocking it’s concerning the level of care this doctors give from my experience they can’t even get a repeat prescription right they left my mother who has chronic copd without inhalers and told her her appointment was 2 weeks away I know with the current crisis the nhs is over run but this is beyond that the receptionist told me false information when I disagreed with her and told her this was not true ( information about myself may I add ) she hung up on me. I then waited ten mins to get back through to the same women who told me I was right aboht what I said but she had warned everyone I. The doctors not to deal with me because her words I wouldn’t shut up (correcting her ) and then threatened if I didn’t she wouldn’t sort me out my perscription I don’t understand how this doctors is still running there more bad than good! And just made up of greedy gps who have merged there company’s in bid of more money and now the patients are suffering the hygiene of the place is somthing else thick with dust and a constant urine smell And drug users seen before elderly on a bid for quiet life for the staff how this is still open is shocking to me

Asked for a call back and was told I will get one either that day or the next.nearly half past 4 the next day and still no call back.go on ask my gp still offline and they have said the blood coming from my back passage is not urgent and they will call me when ask my gp is back online that could be weeks.this is not good enough.i suffer with anxiety and will now be constantly worrying about it.

Cannot get appointment unless you camp outside the survey and they take pitty on yourself. Staff good nurses great. doctors... maybe 1 onsite... if you can get an appointment then it works.
