You need to be dying to get an appointment at this practice. I can't believe that a developed country like England has such disastrous service in some places. They don't care about you or help you at all. If you have a health problem, where do you go? To the hairdresser? To the supermarket? No, you go to your GP, here is where you are helped and cured. It's not the first time this happened to me at this practice. Instead of helping you they just put barriers in your way all the time... I really can't believe it... 2 weeks ago I went to donate blood and I couldn't because I was told my iron was low and the nurse wrote in the pamphlet from the donor center 'please see your GP regarding your iron'. I showed this pamphlet to the receptionist and it is like I had shown her a blank sheet of paper. I also told her that whenever I go to the bathroom I have blood... She doesn't care and told me that she wasn't gonna give and appointment... What? The day before I tried to get an appointment on the app and I couldn't because it said that my practice had no online appointments available...I go the next day in person showing the donation center pamphlet written by the nurse and filled with my details and I also tell her that whenever I go to the bathroom I have blood and she tells me she will not give me an appointment??? Why is it so difficult to get an appointment in this place? Do you need to be dying? Today I couldn't call because I have a life and I'm always very busy, I can't spend days begging for an appointment with my own GP... Incredible... I think underdeveloped countries there is better customer service and they care more about the patient...At this practice don't care about you at all...very sad... Maybe is because I'm not English... I don't recommend this practice at all.

Extremely bad surgery. Waiting times for an appointment are ridiculous. Receptionists are rude, completely puts you off even calling up. This surgery needs deep improvement.
