Terrible everytime I go there. On my recent visit as I entered the room the doctor said I should not be there as it was not a priority or emergency?? My ear has been blocked for 5 months, my head was in pain, face swollen and had difficulties in swallowing. So that's not that bad I presume. Ay 1st I was asked to see a nurse which was lacking of patience when I was describing my symptoms. :/ On the 2nd visit once the doctor saw me she prescribed me 6 weeks of steroids. When I got to the pharmacy I only been given 2 weeks worth of medicine. So I m back on the website requesting right amount if medicine. No reply in days. Trying to call. Line busy. No way of contacting. My symptoms got worse and I do not know where to seek for help. Montpellier will give u mental cancer or a real one. Somebody needs to sue them for the harm that they do to the community and hold them accountable ! Read other reviews online. I'm not the only one.

I have been a patient at the Health centre for 40 years or more, and fortunately have hardly had to use it as I am fit and healthy. I had to call 111 a few weeks ago and an ambulance was sent. I was told to contact the Health Centre for tests. I was seen the next day, given a thorough examination, and sent for blood tests. The same doctor phoned me a few days later with the results. More tests were done and another phone call followed, during which I mentioned abdominal pain settling on the right. I was told to come straight in, examined and sent to the BRI with suspected appendicitis. After a few hours of tests and a scan, the appendix perforated and there was also an abcess which was dealt with in keyhole surgery. As I was not in dreadful pain, I might not have sought treatment. Thanks to Dr Spargo for his thorough approach! Back at home the following day. There is no doubt that the Health Service is in trouble, and it must be frustrating for the excellent staff not always to be able to do what they would like if there were more time. Morale is low, and it is too easy to criticise. I hope some positive comments will help!
