I have been a patient bat this surgery since 2011 and the service has been consistently excellent ever since. The reception staff are helpful and responsive. The standard of care from the GPs is the best I've experienced at any surgery (I've been a patient at a number of smaller town and village surgeries in the past and as a 40 year old chronic asthmatic I'm a fairly regular service user). Whenever there has been a change in GP the consistency in service and support levels has not been affected. I do hope that the high level of service and support will conrinue when the merger with Bury Knowle health centre takes full effect. I really couldn't fault any aspect of the level of care and support I have received here. | |||||||

This is not the first time happening. Why do they keep upgrading to the useless and inaccessible online booking & repeat rescription system??? The previous one works just fine, why change something that works? There is no information telling us that they are upgrading the system, so I have been wasting three nights over the weekend and getting frustration to trying to login into the system. I understand that you don't take prescription order through phone, but your system is down, so you should offer to take prescription order through phone until your onine system fixed! They insisted me to go to the GP to order my prescription. It is very cold & wet now and I am almost 70s, it is not easy for me to be on the road at this season. The reason of me not leaving this GP is that the doctors and nurses are great, but the way of this GP work need lots of improvement. Too systematic, non-flexibility. | |||||||
