Bicester Health Centre seems to be an extremely busy surgery just like every other one in Bicester. This however has never had a negative impact on the care I have received from the excellent team of doctors and supporting clinical staff. No matter how busy the surgery is, the reception team have always done their best to be helpful whilst maintaining a positive, friendly and non-judgemental attitude. It's not an easy job but they do it very well!

Thank you for taking the time to offer some feedback. It is a fact that the workload at GP practices has increased considerably across England in recent years, and all practices are having to make careful decisions about how they can best serve their patients and offer a high standard of care. On behalf of the practice I am pleased to note your comments about your views of the standard of care provided at Bicester Health Centre, and your very kind words about the reception team which I have passed on. I went today to see my Gp who, as always, was super. He then asked the nurse if she could see me and nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding service from lovely people. I cannot reccommend the team highly enough, thank you.

Set up my account on Monday, presented ID at the practice on Tuesday and received the final registration details. Completed the process today. Just went on-line to do my repeat prescriptions request - clear and easy! Even received confirmation email..

Thanks for your feedback on setting up your online service. We're encouraging as many people as possible to consider using online services as it offers so much more flexibility for people, as well as benefitting those who don't use computers by reducing the amount of people who need to call the surgery for appointments etc. It's good to note that you found the process straightforward and we appreciate you sharing this information with other patients Paul Netherton Practice Manager
