I have always experienced the best treatments from Dr stracchan and am so pleased to have her as my doctor. I have today received a text to receive my 2nd Covid jab but it won’t follow through on the link,would you be kind enough to let me know when this is available. Regards. Lynda rojas | |||||||

Difficult to get medications which are necessary but given medicines on assumptions and which are unsuitable.. Given appointment with part time doctors who just pass you on to another doctor who can deal with your problem and does so well but this needs more appointments as the competent doctor is in shortage. No blood tests or blood pressure taken during last 14 months being a patient although these were thought essential by my previous doctor. Prescriptions are being given for high blood pressure and I had kidney and liver problems just before joining this practice.. Asked to buy suggested prescription even though a pensioner. eg I had a blocked Eustachian Tube resulting in acute ear ache after 3 doctor's appointments it was suggested this may be the problem and given a note of the name of the spray that would help. I bought the spray and it did help but it cost me over £10 . Now it is returning and at 86 am I not entitled to free medications? | |||||||

Over the last few months I have been through quite a lot. A diagnosis of cancer, followed by surgery for its removal. Although the cancer was removed, I picked up an infection and a post-operative complication, which required further surgery. This has taken up a fair amount of time and effort in the Rycote Practice. I am particularly grateful to my GP for their support through all of this and to another GP for diagnosing the infection and their work to get me back to hospital for its resolution.
Numerous appointments have been required at the Rycote Practice and I have consistently found the staff handing reception, whether by telephone or face-to-face, to be courteous, helpful and doing their best to pull out whatever stops they can to arrange appointments and prescriptions. | |||||||
