I have just been for my health review which was appropiratly and competently carried out. I did however notice that the H.C.A. concerned was wearing on her feet a pair of 'glittery flip flops'and I don't believe this to be approprate footwear in a professional setting.Apart from breaching 'Health and Safety protocol' how would she respond safely if called to an emergency situation which could happen at any time ,or she could easily drop something on her feet and be injured ,I hope my comments are felt to be 'nitpicking' I think the practice is excellent and I have received very good care over the years. Many thanks.

Receptionists are often very rude. The NHS values definitely do not apply to them.

The doctor has been my GP for many years. I feel able & comfortable talking to him about any & all issues. During appointments I never feel rushed & I always feel heard & listened to. Having a GP that you feel you can trust & rely on really does go such a long way when life throws up challenges etc. I feel very lucky & fortunate to have a GP that is always so professional. knowledgeable & understanding.
