We moved to Benson in 2016 and moved from a very good Practice on The Isle of Dogs in London.Millstream is much better with dedicated doctors, great Nurses and friendly, efficient Reception staff. I had a problem in sourcing a particular medicine just before the Holidays and the doctor spent considerable time tracking down my hyper-tension consultant and a consultant Pharmacologist at Barts to ensure I had what was needed for the holiday period. Overall I agree with the performance ratings given on the NHS Choices web site regarding Millstream Surgery Benson. What I would like is for the practice manager to investigate other methods of contacting my doctor such as email and one or more of the many video messaging methods available, e.g. FaceTime or Skype. I am 100% satisfied with my surgery and telephone appointments but greater and certainly easier access could be possible using modern methods. For example, suppose I have a problem with my eyes. Do I book an appointment with my GP, go to a optician (and if so what qualifications should I expect them to have) or attend an A&E eye clinic? It is quite possible this could be sorted out quickly and efficiently using one of the methods I have suggested. Thank you for reading. |

I would like to thank the doctor I have seen recently for being so understanding and helpful with regards to my health concerns.
I have always received the best care from every Doctor at the Surgery but recently this doctor has been a real help and support.
The Surgery runs very well with the front of house team just as kind and professional as the clinical team.
