Hi . My name is Paul Fowler and I can be contacted on paulfowler887@gmail.com. I recently had returned work after the removal of my right lung last year . After having a year off work and being on pain medication for chest pains and getting used doing less physical work I took a job as a part time cleaner . I felt better in myself to go back to work Full time as a picker packer at a local Factory which is local . They asked me for a fit to work document or Doctors note I suppose to cover them . I rang the Surgery asking to speak to a doctor about this issue , . I was told that I would have to E mail the doctors Surgery for this . I am not conservancy with this approach as I rarely use that service and I had to get somebody to do it for me . Why c,ant I just speak to a doctor either to book an appointment or over the phone for this . Where has the patient help or similar issues gone and why is it that in the past I have to ask for a doctor that they are from another part of the country when I wish to speak to someone at my own Surgery . That is what they are there for . By the way I got someone to do this e mail for me and I dictated what I would like to say . Thankyou for your time .

I have been trying to get through for an appointment since 8:00am no call back option. Just left waiting on the line on pay as you go. West Bar used to be one of the best doctors surgeries in Banbury what happened? They just don’t care.

Rang for an appointment for my four year old two weeks ago. Was told I have to wait for a link to be texted to me so I can make an appointment. Rang a week later to chase the link. Apparently my child is in a queue for the appointment link, I asked for the standard waiting times to receive the link and they told me it takes as long as it takes. No standards. That says it all. That’s how children are treated at Banbury Cross HC. Don’t register here if you can help it. I have been a patient here for 49 years and the last 5 have been terrible.
