I look my son for his pre-school childhood imms last weds (7th Aug) and the nurse we saw was fantastic! She put him at ease, was very caring and went above and beyond to make it a positive experience (well as positive as imms get!). She even gave him a little treat. Working for the NHS can often be a thankless task, with people all to quick to criticise but rarely taking the time to so thank you and well done. So, thank you and well done. The compassion and care shown was very much appreciated.

Morland House has to be one of the best GP surgeries in the country. I have been attending here for eleven years, and have not had a single bad moment. The receptionists are unfailing helpful and accommodating; the nurse is brisk, efficient, and friendly; the phlebotomist is calming and kind; the dispensary staff are lovely (and what a treat not to have to go somewhere else to collect prescriptions); the doctors (especially the wonderful doctor who practically saved my life) are astonishingly good and manage to deal with every problem with ease. And the cleaners do a terrific job always with smiles on their faces. When I hear people's experiences of other surgeries, I realise how very lucky we are to have such a brilliant place to go. Please don't ever change a thing!

I cannot fault Morland House Surgery. All staff I have encountered are friendly helpful and courteous. I have been with the practice for nearly 23 years and have always received outstanding care from the doctors and always helpfulness from the receptionists. I have been seen before now in the doctor's lunchtime and on one occasion looked after by one of the receptionists and re-seen by the doctor between each of her patients while we waited to get me to the JR. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff at this surgery. I feel that we are very privileged in Wheatley.
