If you are about to register with this surgery please run!!! Worst uncaring staff and doctors, you can never get an appointment and if you manage to get one after days of calling you will only get a call back from a doctor. They never have permanent doctors it’s always Locum or new trainee. Staff are always moody and impolite like they doing you a favour. Blood test results admin staff get back to you and they can answer any questions because they not clinical. My husband called today after a whole week of suffering and 67 attempts to get to speak to someone he was only given a call, after the doctor called he asked him to go to the urgent care centre, he’s been sitting there for 4 hours very sick he can hardly move or speak with night temperature and sever cough and overall body pain. Seriously I lost faith in our GPS and the system entirely. I will change this surgery from tomorrow as they are useless in every way. | |||||||

My dealings with the surgery are normally very good. I see or speak to the Doctor who knows and understands my conditions. The reception staff are mostly very pleasant and helpful. Occasionally I get someone who is quite dismissive or abrupt. Overall a great practice who help me in ever way they can. I like to have contact with the same Doctor and this is usually not an issue. The only downside is it’s impossible to get a same day appointment and I usually do an online request it takes a few days but I usually am able to get an appointment. I have sometimes had issues getting to talk to my requested Doctor but not often. | |||||||

My husband and I have been with the surgery since the beginning and have had wonderful treatment with no complaints i find the Doctors and nurses and everyone else really nice and we are very lucky to have them | |||||||
