Been with this practice a long time. Until the 2-3 years it was good. Can't fault the healthcare, but waiting times for the appointments have gone through the roof. Now without warning the practice manager has written to all of their out-of area patients saying they have to find another practice as it's "NHS policy". It's NOT, it's practice discretion. I confirmed that with NHS England. Rang to find out more - 3 times - and the Practice Manager failed to return my calls. I was told the Senior Partner wasn't taking calls from patients on this matter. So, no discussion, it's just a matter of, "you're fired!". To add insult to injury the letter wasn't even signed by the Practice Manager, but her assistant. So now we're being fired by an admin assistant! Like many of their out of area patients, I live in a small village so changing GPs is virtually impossible. At the very least it's highly disruptive and stressful and as a result my health will suffer. Haven't slept for the best part of a week worrying about how it's all going to work out. Seriously unimpressed, tired and stressed.......

Firstly Dr Supple failed to follow up on a conversation we had regarding treatment , when i chased , i was simply told he was on leave and they did not know for how long After literally battling my way to have the discussed treatment , the same Dr Supple altered the prescription made by the Northampton General hospital, and while the medicine prescribed could not be sourced from any (thats none and because they were not selling the particular item not because of allegedly national shortage) of the pharmacies in town , i had to go 15 miles to obtain it , i raised the issue but was told “we cannot change what the hospital prescribed” yet fully aware of my issues The prescription for 12 weeks was split into 3 i had to request repeat every month , i would do so in advance but never managed to have the med in time nit to have gap Not once The surgery demonstrated no understanding, when calling first thing in the morning (one could be very sick etc…) the reply was “we cannot take your call as we are short of staff” this after being in a 25mins queue , and then of course placing the phone down. There is clearly some fundamental hiccups to say the least and a I am in charge type of attitude thus of course to the detriment of the health of the patients. Some must be done Yesterday , as this cannot go on
