I need a repeat medication and already knew from my endocrinologist as soon as I get pregnant I should increase the meditation. I did the test need, GP have a letter from my endocrinologist and they keep booking appointments with a pharmacist that do not understand anything about hipothyrodism and keep asking exams non related to this medication. It is a waist of time, call at 8 am sharp have a booking to talk to someone how don't know about your diase, cannot read a letter from you endocrinologist and cannot understand ths exame done to compare it is ridiculous. Horrible service, not helpful at all, an no doctors available apparently, just pharmacist that have no clue about continues medication and why a change of circumstances change the dose you need.

My husband has been off work for some months with mental health issues, he has regularly requested repeat Sick Notes, they have been numerous issues with dates not corresponding. One particular receptionist was incredibly rude when he tried to explain that the latest sick note that had been issued had incorrect, instead of listening to what he was saying she continued to look at her computer screen and seemed completely disinterest, she is abrupt and quite frankly incredibly rude.
