The surgery offers a variety of appointments to suit peoples needs. Pre-bookable appointments for those less urgent medical concerns and 2 walk in clinics per day for illnesses that need dealing with asap. There can be a wait in these clinics, but when you are poorly and need medication then it's very convenient to go along between the opening hours. Unfortunately, I believe it can get held up a little by people using it for less urgent reasons, and I bet these are the people that moan about the wait times! Most of the staff are lovely and friendly and will go out of their way to help with your queries and nothing is too much trouble. I would 100% recommend this surgery to all local people.

I required a call back from a doctor regarding a query on a procedure that I was waiting on. The doctor called back late that day arranging to see my in surgery early the following week. I can not praise this surgery enough especially the doctor who always goes above and beyond. People are always very quick to criticise but not so quick to give positive feedback. Brackley is so lucky to have a practise like this. Thank you for your continued care and support.
