Impossible to get appointments, get through or get a service. Reception staff act entitled, childish, and are de-facto making clinical decisions by withholding prescription requests from clinical approval based on their own judgement without informing patients - it is up to a patient to chase people who don't answer the phone in order to get adequate medication needed for survival. Avoid like coronavirus! Are not open on Saturdays except for specific clinics.

Agree nursing staff are second to none. Unfortunately the doctors I have experienced over a life time leave alot to be desired. The persons comments of 31st May 2019 rng so true with me and unfortunately they are very judgemental as I have found out. Let me put some meat on the bones. 5 years ago I collapsed in the middle of the night and suffered a black eye as I fell. My daughter made me go to the Doctors at 5 pm and the Doctor promised to investigate not only my collapse but also other areas of concern. I told him I had an unusual awful cough like I had never had before and this was the preamble to me blacking out. My daughter was with me and I could not understand why he was being so incredibly good. Needless to say another appointment was arranged for 2 weeks time but as fate has it 4 hours late I collapsed and blacked out again whilst coughing at a church meeting. I was swiftly taken to A&E and kept in for 3 days. Nothing found bar a slight infection which the antibiotics given sorted out. Cough disappeared and right as rain again. Now the punch line - I went back to the same Doctor 2 weeks later and he treated me awfully. The clown (Doctor) thought I had gone straight to Kettering A&E after leaving Parklands. He didn't even ask for an explanation and needless to say nothing got investigate by him. Recently I had my company private medical examination which took over 2 hours and highlighted 3 slight areas of concern. Had to buy my own equipment to monitor my BP as the NHS would not provide and I arranged to see another Doctor at Parklands about these 3 concerns. He perscribed drugs prior to seeing me !!, he did not want to know about the 28 page Medical report and deliberately pushed away the summary page I presented on his desk. Absolutely disgusted. Here I am having worked for 52 years and still working and treated awful. All the nurse have been excellent and all the female doctors have been too. I also know a Doctor at Kettering Hospital who was treated attrociously when he had Covid. Perhaps you could arrange an interview with me to get a true understanding. Just the tip of the iceberg and feel a trip to the Doctors is a waste of time. Why is that????
