The older receptionist is diabolical and argues with the patients, I filled in a registration form months ago and she still hasn't updated it on the system and she shouted at me an said when she didn't call me back. I should have filling in another form??? The nurse practitioner is incompetent She did not record very important information, like the fact the my husband was to have a prostate blood test. She also did not record that he had adverse effects to his medicine and on the instructions for the medicine it said you should inform the doctor straight away. She would not let him speak to a doctor!

Older receptionist very rude and arrogant especially to foreigners, this woman should not work in a place like reception

Just spoken to receptionist for my daughter rude is an understatement. My daughter needs to get a prescription for her heart medication and she's expecting her to go without she was very rude no manners at all .
