I can honestly say I have never had any problems getting an appointment and have always found the reception team to be helpful. I am writing this review mainly for my experience this afternoon - my daughters temperate was 40 plus and as a panicked mum, I called the surgery at 4.05 and at 4.20 the doctor was assessing my daughter. Turns out she has bad tonsilitus again, antibiotics prescribed and information given about getting her temperature down or reassuring me what to do if I couldn't. A massive thank you! | |||||||

I have been a life long patient of this surgery. I have been reading the reviews of local surgeries as my husband is desperate to move from the Higham Ferrers Surgery which has a 1 1/2 star rating. I am so lucky to still be able to access Spinney Brook after moving 'over the hill' in early childhood. It doesn't matter who I have had contact with- from receptionists to Nurses and Doctors- all have been pleasant and helpful. In my 58 years I have never had cause to complain. Only yesterday I rang at 16.10 for an appointment for my daughter who was still suffering with a chest infection-by 17.00 we were at the surgery and back home with the prescribed medication by 17.45. What a service. On a professional level I have contact with many surgeries in the North of our County and I still rate Spinney Brook as 'up there' with the best. Well done to everyone | |||||||

I moved to this GP surgery a year ago when I moved into the area. This surgery is excellent and the staff are always professional and do their best to get me an appointment that is suitable for me. I would definitely recommend it. Lovely staff and practice. I'm a very happy patient. | |||||||
