Today my husband attended an appointment at Woodford surgery to discuss recent results for a problem knee. The receptionist was outstanding even remembering my husbands name and the Dr was very caring and listened to what we had to say and following it by giving very good information and advice, which was fully explained. We came away feeling that all our questions were answered and we felt more able to manage the situation. This was unlike some occasions previously where there have been appointments with other Drs where the discussions have ended with a feeling that the job is incomplete and really needed a further appointment. Well done to the receptionist and Dr concerned. Thank you.
