For the past 9 months I've been ill with various problems such as anaemia & vitamin deficiency following abdominal surgeries. I have been back and forth to Towcester surgery for blood tests, medications, dressing changes and for sick notes.
During the visits & phone calls I've made to the surgery, the receptionists have been friendly and helpful, as have the doctors & nurses I've seen.
Occasionally, I'd have to wait a while to see a doctor, but when appropriate, a doctor has phoned me instead.
I'd just like to finish by praising the receptionists again for their advice & help over these last few months. |

I have used many UK GP surgeries and this is by far the nicest. I have always had warm and welcoming experience with reception staff.
I have found that there are three doctors that I feel more comfortable talking too over complex issues as they have always taken the time to listen and understand.
I have never had a problem with making appointments and have recently registered for the patient access which allows me to check regularly for cancellations, that's if I feel I need to see a doctor quicker.
I am extremely grateful for the care and support that our family receives from this GP surgery. |

I recently called the surgery for an emergency appt for my daughter that is under the age of 2. The receptionist was helpful, polite and courteous and explained thr duty doctor would call me that morning. The duty doctor called within an hour and we were seen by 10am. I was particularly impressed by the doctors kind and gentle manner with my young daughter. He was very thorough and advised a course of treatment. He was patient and answered all my questions without eye rolling or making me feel I was being a bother or taking up too much time. I have the app and find this great to be able to choose non urgent appts at a time and with a doctor that is convenient, as well as order repeat medication. Overall I am very impressed by the service provided by TMC and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. |
