Surgery is a joke, have been on the phone for 25mins with no answer. I am not impressed by the standard of service and feel that they no longer care about their patients. They don't do flu or covid jabs so what exactly are they doing. Need a face to face appointment but hey ho. | |||||||

Little chalfont surgary no one can get to see a doctor face to face but other surgary's like Amersham heathcare centre are doing this with no problems. I am a diabetic and have developed a foot problem and all they will do is look at some pictures they want me to send them and then they will say go to A&E to sort it out. they are a joke and I will be complaining to the ombusman and changing my doctor. Ok now Dr Bajaw you can make some noise about you are doing the best thing for the patient but sometimes we just want to see a doctor face to face. I am looking forward to reading your reply ( probably all gobbldygook) to me and a lot of other people. | |||||||

Me and my family have been with the surgery for about 7 years.
In the past I have had to ring up for my children when they are Ill. Reception have always managed to squeeze us with a doctor , even when I have rung in the afternoon with concerns they have still got us in the same day.
All the doctors we've seen have been understanding , compassionate , and efficient.
You don't feel like they are trying to get you out the door quickly like some surgeries do.
The reception are always welcoming and helpful , I cannot fault this surgery and am so thankful my family is registered here, and I would definitely recommend to others. | |||||||
