I have to wear made to measure socks due to lymph oedema- 24/7 ! In the past I have had a few problems getting them in a timely way but the last year has been good, sometimes only taking less than 2 weeks- well I have ordered twice in the last 5 months using the correct form supplied with each pair and then when they had that but couldn’t find the socks, verbally- not by me, by the dispenser who said they would re-order- still tonight- no socks - again I am told they can’t find them !! This is very poor- as soon as holes appear they are not doing the job - I have been very patient but I was very upset tonight as I particularly wanted a fresh pair to use for my sons wedding next week - a fact I had shared with the dispenser a month ago- I will be speaking to the practice manager as this is poor Work - !!!
