I am a little disappointed in the surgery since the COVID outbreak as it seems that clearly you cannot book an appointment unless you speak to a doctor first and they have to say yes before you can get an appointment. Considering the amount of problems that I have and that I am housebound and that I haven’t seen a gp for face to face consultation or review in nearly two years I think that is quite shocking. I was under the impression that gp’s were returning to “normal services” from what the government have said clearly not. I have been a patient for over 30 years and worry about not seeing a doctor like you used to be able to. All previous treatment from the surgery doctors has been exemplary. I have no problem with the staff as they are all lovely helpful people. I would appreciate your comments. Than you | |||||||

We have been patients at this surgery for 40 years. The quality of service throughout the years has been really excellent. All staff are brilliant and the changeover from our old doctors to the new ones a few years ago was handled with real professionalism. We feel as if the clock remains in the 1970’s at this surgery when mutual respect was the norm between patient and doctor. We cannot give this surgery anything but the best praise at all levels. Having just moved into the area I needed to register with a local doctor and from initial contact with the reception staff who were so friendly, my health check with the nurse, subsequent Doctor's appointment and prescription collection from the pharmacy, I cannot fault the service. Every single member of staff is a credit to the surgery and goes out of their way to help. Thank you. | |||||||
