I recently requested a routine appointment. I was offered an appointment that day with a GP and seen promptly. I was very impressed by the reception team, the GP and the whole service offered. I am a NHS Doctor myself so am aware how under pressure primary care currently is. Thank you very much Norden House. I would strongly recommend this practice.

I have been with this practice for over 15 years. I have always been treated with respect and dignity. I find the telephone triage system very good - if required an appointment is forthcoming at an approprate time. Often the consultation by telephone is thorough and does not require further visit or action. I feel fortunate to be with this practice. Some people will find this a little impersonal - this is certainly not the case for myself. Those that are unhappy should compare the raiting scores with those from Aylesbury practices - the grass is by no means greener; indeed in several practices you will find hay rather than grass.

My family registered with Norden house over 25 years ago and have received the best care throughout. One of my parerents is quite unwell at present, and I could not have asked for better care, concern and treatment than that given by the staff at Norden House and the agencies they work with. It truly is second to none and I would be lost without the support we have been given. The new appointment system, with a call back from the doctor is efficient and time saving for both doctors and patients and works very well. I am always able to see a doctor when needed and the receptionists always pass messages to G.P.s in a timely manner. I recommend this GP practice without hesitation.
