I've used the services of Threeways surgery for the last nine years and have always had a positive experience. Whenever I go to see my GP I feel always listened to and receive exceptional care. My health concerns are always dealt with promptly and I feel incredibly lucky to be in such good 'medical hands'. Recently I had to be referred for an MRI to rule out anything untoward and my doctor arranged for that in a timely manner. I wish there were more GPs like mine as I'm aware that some people have very different experiences in other surgeries. I also want to praise the staff at the reception as they are always polite and very helpful. Thank you!

This is the worst run practise I have ever been too, I question why I still go their but it's the closest to where I live. Firstly you can never get an appointment, their system of booking one has changed three times so they know it doesn't work themselves. The staff at reception are so rude, they never want to help or apologise for anything. If you arrive 1 minute late the GPs/Nurses will make it apparent that they are annoyed but if they are running late by 40 mins its just tough luck. Their appointments are 10 mins per patient however whenever I book in I'm always waiting longer than half an hour to be seen. When I speak to reception they don't care and tell me to take it up with the GP. Shocking service. I have suggested many times that they need to make the slot time longer if they cant stick with the 10 mins allocated time. It really affects the time keeping for the rest of your day, we shouldn't have to be late for work or pick up kids because they are running half an hour behind!

Dear Patient We as a surgery are very disappointed on your negative feedback regarding your recent appointment. Our surgery is offering an abundance of appointments Monday to Fridays and Sunday mornings 9am -1pm. We open and offer appointments with GP's from 7:30 am and these can be booked on line. We run an evening clinic up to 8pm on Thursday evenings with a GP and these can be booked online. We offer a minor illness nurse service Tuesday & Fridays from 8am - 3pm - all appointments can be booked online. With this abundance of times the surgery is very surprised that you can 'never' get an appointment. I am disappointed that you feel the staff are 'rude, not wanting to help or apologise'. To enable the surgery to investigate this further then please email with specific dates and times so we can review this with the staff on duty. As to the the lateness of the appointment the GP apologized to you personally at the time for the lateness of the clinic and in keeping you waiting. Unfortunately the 10 minute appointment may at times just not be long enough for a patient to be cared for and this does effect the latter timings. The GP's are always fully aware of the patients and never knowingly keep patients awaiting. The surgery is sorry that your recent experience was negative for you.

Never had a problem getting an appointment. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Would recommend this surgery to abtoe in the area. Excellent GPS and nurses and amazing HVs on Wednesday mornings.
