I took my son to Haddenham surgery after phoning 111 who advised me he needed to be seen within 2 of the phone call this was 8.00 in the morning I phoned the surgery and explained this my son was given an appointment for 11.30 we arrive 10 minutes early and have been left waiting for over an hour before we have been seen every time my children or myself visit this surgery we are always an hour waiting time I will be definitely changing surgery's I have been here for 10 years and it's just getting worse absolutely discusted | |||||||

Haddenham is a fantastic surgery. I find the reception staff and the doctors are really helpful and try their best to answer any questions I have been a patient for over 18years and have always found all the staff polite,approachable and professional.
