I have been extremely happy with the marvellous care and support received by both reception and one particular doctor .. however very upset I have been asked to leave being told I'm out of the district when my neighbour and myself share the same back entrance and she registered ! Also it was discussed that I was the correct end of my road ! This particular doctor actually said I could stay on one occasion and my last visit she was confused why I had to leave .. the doctors had a meeting I was told on the phone I could stay. , on returning from a visit to my daughter to receive a letter I must leave I'm so sad ?? as I'm still poorly having hospital appointments .. I would like to thank this particular doctor for her care during the last couple months ..

My mother took my daughter away on holiday and whilst they were away (in Spain) my daughter (aged 2 yrs 3 months) complained of her ear hurting. One day, after a sleepless evening with my daughter crying in pain all night, my mother noticed there was green pus coming out of her ear. They went to the clinic in Spain and they prescribed amoxicillin to be taken three times a day. The Clinic said it was a severe infection which had burst and luckily the pus was coming out of her ear and not staying inside, they warned my mother not to get the ear wet inside or she could lose her hearing as the infection was chronic. They returned to the clinic a few days before flying home to ensure she was fit to travel and the clinic said to continue with the antiobiotics as the infection was still clearing up. My mother told me to make a GP appt for my daughter on their return home. They flew home on 10th Sep and I made an appt for 13th Sep. The Surgery called on 13th and they said they didn't need to see my daughter as the infection must have cleared up by now and that she had been on the antibiotics too long. I told them that she was still complaining about her ear hurting and she kept putting her fingers into her ears, but they said they were sure it was fine. They asked me if she was normal within herself, apart from the pain in her ear and I said yes she was. However, in Spain the Clinic had said that because the infection had burst, she was no longer in chronic pain, but there was still a dangerous element to the infection because it made her ear drum vulnerable and open to further complications. A week later I made an appointment on the 20th Sep as my daughter was still in pain and I would not take no for an answer. We attended the surgery and we were seen outside the building as they would not allow her to enter since she hadn't had a covid test. The paediatrician who examined her said that there was an odour coming from the ear and took a swab from it. This morning, 4th Oct, I have received confirmation from the Surgery that my daughter does still have an ear infection and they have prescribed ear drops. This is a toddler, aged 2 yrs 3 months, who has been in unnecessary pain since 13th September. She is unable to fully communicate how much her ear has been hurting her and the response of the Surgery has been lackadaisical and unacceptable. I sincerely hope, for the sake of the Surgery, that my daughter's hearing has not been damaged in light of their ineptitude.

I presented my self to the doctor after experiencing ongoing pain in my right side I had a private ultrasound done suggesting fatty liver and I asked for a fibroscan to be done on my liver. The dr replied what’s that there’s no such thing. Indeed there is such thing. Bloods arranged and taken came back normal . I called in to be told dr says no further action needed. 1 1/2 years on with middle and left and right abdominal pain passing stools 10 times aday I get an ultrasound sound which shows distended gall bladder no stones and a dilated common bile duct so then go on to have a mrcp which confirms the same. Awaiting to see consultant to discuss conclusions. I’m an suffering every day and haven’t even been asked to take my bloods or run any other tests to find out what’s going on. I know I was disregarded by this dr due to knowing another patient of his who he has treated very badly. The surgery is very poor you just get sent on your way expected to say yes sir no sir dr. Mrcp also travelled no gall stones. This particular dr has shown no comparison or interest in wanting to find out what’s wrong with me so I insisted to another dr toget referal for ultra sound which the person who done ultrasound sent report to my other dr suggesting I have an mrcp which revealed the above with no fatty liver. I live in constant pain each day and this could of been resolved 1 1/2 yrs earlier if the dr just listen to me .
