The only negative I have is the lateness of appointments. Today they were running about 15-20 minutes late. Other than that staff were excellent. The reception even provided an interpreter for a non English speaking patient. The doctor was caring and gave me choices |

I have been with this practice since late 2012. As a vulnerable adult with complex physical and mental health problems I'm a patient who has had very frequent and regular appointments with my GP throughout that time, as well as infrequent nurse appointments. The quality of care I've received from this practice has been outstanding across the board. Since 2012 I've had 2 long-term GPs and have been extremely happy with both. I have been fully informed and involved in my care and am treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. There have been times when I've required emergency appointments and my regular GP has been on annual leave. Reception have always been helpful and I've always been able to see someone, and as a result I've seen a number of other doctors from the practice too. My experiences here have also been very positive. I've /never/ come away from an appointment feeling like my concerns have been ignored or dismissed or that I've not been listened to or taken seriously, and I've always been treated with respect and compassion (which should be the given, but as a vulnerable adult with significant mental health problems isn't always the case). The quality of care I've received from this practice has been above and beyond and I can't recommend this practice enough. |

Today I had a contraceptive procedure and both the doctor and nurse made me feel so calm and ready. Throughout, they made general chat to distract me and the procedure was practically painless. However, afterwards I began to feel unwell so the surgery welcomed me back inside and immediately reassured me and saw to my needs. They are just so wonderful and understanding! I always can get an appointment and have never waited more than five minutes! |
