I’ve been with this surgery for more than 15 years, and have received nothing short of the best care possible every time. The staff are amazing and very supportive. The clinical team exceeds all expectations and not once have I needed an appointment and failed to be attended. The surgery has the best triage system that means, patient is attended to on the day and emergency appointment offered on the day if clinician needs to see patient face to face. It’s one of the very best surgery if not the only one, and I know this from many family and friends in the area who are registered with other surgeries in Reading. All the staff are very compassionate and work very closely as one team under the leadership of Dr D’Cruz. | |||||||

GP doesn't give accurate information. Surgery hesitated to sign the passport application for a child saying not registered for long.But when asked to provide a letter, they provided a letter saying never had face to face communication with the child despite multiple visits of the child to the the surgery. False information in the letter. The surgery doesn't show respect to the patients and says not responsible to even provide information on how to contact health visitor. | |||||||
