I have been waiting for six months for a medical request to be sent DVLA medical group to renew my driving license which runs out in 3 weeks it was last November 2021 we are now in April 2022 and I am still waiting they keep passing it off they say Ill ring you back but never do

I would like to complain regarding the service I have received from the Bharani Bath Road Surgery I was advised to do a blood test by the Dr. which was done on 13th Jan. After 2 weeks got a message from the practice that I had to book an appointment to discuss the results. I was surprised that I had to book an appointment to discuss the results when in fact the surgery should have called to discuss what was wrong with the results. Appointment made and got a call from Dr after 4 days at a very busy time and he promised to call back later which of course never happened. When I called the surgery I was shocked to be told that I had to do an eConsul again as the appointment was cancelled. So booked the appointment again and on 8th February received a call from Dr to discuss the results. After knowing what was wrong I realised I missed out telling something which was important and hence decided to make another eConsul appointment and waited to be called till 17th February but didn't receive any call. When I spoke to the receptionist I was told that the appointment was cancelled so indirectly I was told that the doctor didn't feel it was important to return the call. I'm a bit shocked at the service I've received. I did ask to speak to the manager and both times got an excuse that either she wasn't around or busy and call some other time. Specially during this Covid times the surgery has made it impossible to do any F2F appointment but now looks like it's even difficult to speak to them. I'm really angry and disappointed with the service received. It's now more than a month since my blood test and what if the information I missed telling the doctor might make my condition worse... Hopefully this message goes to the right people in the surgery and hopefully the surgery improves the service and treatment of patients.

Irresponsible, unprofessional! They left me without my anxiety medication for 4 weeks and would not prescribe me any because I had changed my GP after 26 years. I was told that I should get my medication from my new GP which I finally got. Sounds like medical negligence to me. Not to worry because I will take this matter up, legally. I want answers.
