Awful. Firstly I've been calling them ,being on hold half an hour every single time for a week, and emailing them for a very simple insurance claim form (2 words written and signature from the GP was all I needed!) and nobody was even remotely willing to solve my problem. I stated it was a very urgent matter several times but there was no assistance. As my GP is the only person who can have access to my NHS medical history, the GP can't refuse to do it however nobody from the team seemed to be willing to help. Furthermore they did accept my registration as a new patient even if I'm out of their radius, as I registered because the NHS website mentions that you can apply for a practice out of your radius and then is up to them to accept it or not. Turns out that this is not this practice policy. Basically someone made a massive mistake with my registration and they were so rude to me about it as if this was my fault! When I eventually got the form I've been craving for, I had to wait for 1:30 H at the reception and have to deal with a receptionist with the rudest manners. Their ineptitude is disgraceful, if I could give less than a star I would do. |

Most certainly improved, I had problems in the past with repeat prescriptions but now use on line request from pharmacy and alls perfect

I can hardy get an appointment when i want one.
The nurse specialist was ironically smiling during one of my appointments.
I do have a chronic illness, I was not feeling very well and I still didn’t get a gp appointment. The urgent appointment I got was for a week after. |
