I've been with this surgery for over 30 years but the level of care and efficiency has seriously worsened over the past few years. Late prescriptions issued(then blaming Boots the chemist) , cancelling appointment & not informing me, unable to get an appointment & when you do you're in & out in 5 minutes. Difficulty in getting an appointment with the nurse & being told that nurses don't do blood tests because they don't have time or staff to do them. Inability to forward blood test results to another hospital (took them 3 attempts as nurse had incorrectly written down the email address, as did the receptionist. )

I have been with this surgery 26 years. I have never been over the moon about it but overall I can put up with a bit of rudeness or less than ideal service from the reception staff, but when my prescriptions are filled with a 6 day delay and incorrectly to boot, and there is no response to requests that they be corrected, or communication, it is time to leave. Patients dont go to the surgery for the fun of it, we need help and support. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone.
