In general when you are actually in front of a doctor here, they are fine, however, getting an appointment is unbelievable difficult. A few members of reception & back office staff are exceedingly rude & complaints/feedback about this seem to fall on deaf ears. Most importantly, I have a condition which has been ongoing for almost 11 years, I have no continuity of care, as I am expected/forced to se doctors who don’t know me quite often. I have waited up to 18 weeks on numerous occasions for URGENT referrals to be sent. I have had to chase repeatedly, as have the secretaries of my specialists. I am currently a delivery patient for my medication ...I placed my telephone order last Thursday and they are STILL waiting for some items to be signed off by the doctor. This is a joke as they are fully aware that I will be completely out of pain relief at this point. They couldn’t care less and I am tired of saying nothing about it. I could go on, but I think this gives an idea of how poorly things are being run. I’m happy to provide more detail if required. Regards, Lisa

Stay well away from this surgery Impossible to see a doctor Impossible to move past reception staff Who also now seem to think they are Medically qualified This current issue of not being able to see A doctor is that they have become so bitter and twisted over there contracts And pay that they have just turned there Back on the public
